This is a special collaboration MONPE with Mizuyama Orifu, located in the Mikawa cotton production region of Aichi.It uses sashiko fabric that recreates traditional hand-stitched sashiko through machine weaving (dobby weave). Thanks to its excellent durability, sashiko has long been used for items such as firefighters\u2019 happi coats and judo uniforms. The fabric has a firm texture, allowing you to enjoy the characteristic raised patterns unique to sashiko.Reflecting Mizuyama Orifu\u2019s expertise in weaving, the greige (unfinished) fabric is dyed by the Chikugo Textile Dyeing Cooperative Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
