Gap Stripe / ずらしストライプ（厚地） – 久留米絣
久留米絣・（厚地）ストライプのようで、絣独特のズラしが効いてる定番柄
普通のストライプ柄かと思いきや、よく見てみると、ずれている・・・。糸を括って染めて柄をつくる、久留米絣の技法だからこそ生まれた、ずらしストライプの現代風MONPEです。生地の厚さは厚地タイプです。
Kurume Kasuri (thick fabric) A classic pattern that looks like stripes and has the unique irregularities of Kasuri.
I thought it was a normal striped pattern, but when I looked closely, I noticed that it was off. A modern-style MONPE with staggered stripes that was born out of the Kurume Kasuri technique, in which thread is tied and dyed to create a pattern. The thickness of the fabric is thick type.
