東京のカットソーブランドyohakuとのコラボMONPEです。吊り編みの裏毛を使用しています。100年以上の歴史を持つ吊り編み機は、現在和歌山の数件の会社でしか稼働していません。1時間に1mほどの速さで編むため、糸に負荷をかけず、空気を含んでいるかのようにふっくらとしたやわらかさを持ちながら、丈夫な編地になります。編地は、和歌山の東紀繊維に依頼し、秋田で縫製しています。
Experience the comfort of fabric knitted on a vintage machine.
This is a special collaboration MONPE with the Tokyo cut-and-sew brand yohaku. It is made using loopwheel-knit fleece. Loopwheel knitting machines, with a history of over 100 years, are now operating at only a handful of companies in Wakayama. Because they knit at a slow pace of about one meter per hour, the yarn is not subjected to excessive tension. The result is a durable fabric that is exceptionally soft and fluffy, as if it contains air. The fabric is produced by Higashi-Ki Textile in Wakayama and sewn in Akita.
