愛知・三河木綿産地、水山織布とのコラボMONPEです。手縫いの刺子を機械織（ドビー織）で再現した刺子生地を使用しています。耐久性に優れることから、昔から消防法被（はっぴ）や柔道着などにも用いられました。しっかりとした風合いで、刺子特有の凹凸のある表情も楽しめます。織物技術に特化している水山織布の事業背景から、生機（きばた）の生地を筑後染織協同組合で染色しています。

This is a special collaboration MONPE with Mizuyama Orifu, located in the Mikawa cotton production region of Aichi.It uses sashiko fabric that recreates traditional hand-stitched sashiko through machine weaving (dobby weave). Thanks to its excellent durability, sashiko has long been used for items such as firefighters’ happi coats and judo uniforms. The fabric has a firm texture, allowing you to enjoy the characteristic raised patterns unique to sashiko.Reflecting Mizuyama Orifu’s expertise in weaving, the greige (unfinished) fabric is dyed by the Chikugo Textile Dyeing Cooperative Association.
