Taki-jima / 滝縞 – 久留米絣 / ファーマーズ
滝縞は、細い筋からだんだん太い筋になり、まただんだんに細くなる縞です。
中心から両側に 追ったものを両滝縞、片側にくり返したものを片滝縞といいます。縞の太さは様々ですが、滝の落ちる景色を表現しています。
Takijima is a stripe that gradually becomes thicker than thin, and then gradually becomes thinner.
The one that runs from the center to both sides is called the Ryōtaki-jima, and the one that repeats on one side is called the Katataki-jima. The thickness of the stripes varies, but they represent the scenery of a falling waterfall.
